you do realize that Marvel Studios which Disney Owns, Is responsible for The story and creative control for Spider-Man FFH.

You do realize that The Spider-Man franchise was drastically falling off a cliff with 3 straight Spider-Man films that all MADE LESS IN Box office and ultimately ended with TASM2 basically Pulling a "BvS" and being so awful there was no possible way to go forward with a sequel or Cinematic Universe....

and Stunningly OVER NIGHT just by handing control over to Marvel Studios....Spider-Man Instantly becomes The Box office draw it once was, and Now is heading toward NEW never before seen heights

did you Know, Marvel Studios/Disney has made more Profit off The Spider-Man films and Appearances in The MCU films than Sony has made from The Profit of The Films themselves...

for example, did you know that Disney doesnt actually recognize any of The Profit from the SOLO Spider-Man films?

that goes to Sony and Its a Good Profit

but to your GREAT HORROR....did you know Disney actually according to outside estimates Makes nearly Twice as Much Profit from The Solo movies as Sony due to Spider-Man Merchandising from the films....and dear god The Amount Made from The Spider-Man Merchandising from CW, IW and Endgame off Spider-Man....
