Way too violent
I’m not too sensitive about violence in movies. I’ve handled movies like Watchmen, Braveheart, Hostel, etc.
But this movie had me grimacing at times. It got a little distasteful.

For real---I honestly would have liked the film a lot more if there wasn't so much violence and gore in damn near every scene. It was cool to see both Joe Taslim (who was impressive as the good-looking, tough, a**-kicking police captain in the first RAID film) and Iko Uwais reunited--both playing bad guys this time around. But, yeah, all that damn over-the-top gore wasn't needed for literally every fight the main characters got into. That's why I didn't like it as much as I thought would.
