The one liners and dialog in this film was pretty hilarious. The rest of it was paint by numbers Tremors action. It was an okay sequel saved by the funny script.

I have to say, I was disappointed with it. The thought of a Tremors film that takes place in the frozen North actually sounded like a cool idea, but then they totally negate the whole purpose of shooting it in the Canadian arctic by making it . . . not actually the Canadian artic.

hahaha. Totally. You could see the script they wanted to shoot. What with the mother of all graboids thawing out in the frozen North. It could have really been something unique. But it quickly turned into the usual. At least there was a neat twist at the end that kept things a little fresh. I did appreciate that they made jokes excusing away the false premise of the film. At least they acknowledged it. But I can see how that would anger some.

this was actually a lot of fun, and i particularly liked the love story between burt gummer's son and the girl, it's a bit more graphic than the previous though, or at least i think so, i looked away when the monsters attacked in that, these look very good for a direct to video releases, at first i thought they were movies made for the cinema, the snow in the beginning looks fake though, also it starts off with people in an australian accent and a half crazy pilot just as the previous, for a moment there i thought it would be like a remake of that just in another setting, this entire movie pretty much takes place in one and the same spot in canada. those guys in the beginning were annoying and i didn't mind them get eaten... "gross huh" had to be a play on words / names. major spoiler about the sequel to this follows now, i would have loved to see the sequel to this but i won't be watching it since i've read they get rid of burt gummer in that, what an insult to all the previous movies.
