Started pretty good, ended mediocre.

First season was hilarious and charming and the "go for it" low budget effects were a lot of fun.

Second season was noticeably less produced and a lot more goofy. Still enjoyable.

Third season was really goofy, not nearly as many one-liners, and the main storyline all but abandoned.

I like how the show tackled horror tropes and lampooned individual films/genre each episode. I wouldn't call the ending satisfying in the least, and I think it will be the ending, I don't see this getting renewed. I would recommend this to fans of horror comedy. There's definitely more good than there is bad.

The main character, Stan, as the grumpy old everyman hero was very relatable as the guy we all wished we could be in life. He's very un-PC and any fan of the actor from Scrubs should be well familiar with his comedic delivery.
