Links between episodes

Are there any links placed in the episodes to indicate they occur in the same universe but on different timelines? The one on I noticed was between "Autofac" and "Kill All Others". In the latter, the mostly automated factory that the character work at is Autofac B.

Did anyone spot any others?

haven't noticed, haven't looked, don't care.

I prefer self contained, episodes with a COMPLETED story. Not a fan of "it's all connected". All that does is restrict creativity.
