Couldn't even watch 10 minutes and I watch a lot of bad stuff just for background noise.
Not funny. Trite sex jokes. No soundtrack and it desperately needs one.
Talking to the camera mid-scene is over done and just masks writers laziness to provide a narrative and context.

I don't necessarily disagree with you; I doubt I'm going past the first episode.
But I am curious: why do you think it desperately needs a soundtrack? I think many recent shows rely too much on soundtracks as it is. Don't know if music would have made any difference one way or the other.

It's as overused as the go watch Transformers that gets thrown out there every time someone doesn't like a show or movie you like and you think that makes you superior. I just started this tonight and so far I love it. But everyone won't and that's okay. If everyone was the same life would be boring. They don't like it let them go on their merry way. I thought this was a place to discuss things...not be looked down on for not liking something. Now I'm off to enjoy more of this fantastic show...toodles!

shareI feel you. Watched it because of good reviews and wanted to turn it off also after a few minutes. Whole episode walls of coldness and bitterness and complaining. I think I will watch a "Rectify" episode next, and it will be like a rollercoaster ride compared to this.
