Madani... I mean really ?!
Pretty annoying plus she has 9 lives π?
shareYou'd think getting beat up multiple times and shot in the head last season would have taught her the error of charging headfirst into potentially dangerous situations alone with no back up.
shareCouldn't STAND her.
shareShe's absolutely useless. The exchanges between her and the psychiatrist woman were painful to sit through.
shareNot a fan of her either.I was kind of hoping she was dead when Billy choked her out. Also thought it was ridiculous how the Doctor survived that fall. And how Mahoney not only survived that ambulance crash but he's up and walking around like nothing happened days later.I think Castles magic healing powers are rubbing off on people.
shareEverything you said really annoyed me as well. If there was a season 3, I wouldnβt be surprised if Billy was still alive. π
shareShe annoyed me too...but even as a straight woman I couldn't help but find her beautiful.
I'm surprised she's not more popular for that alone.
She was pretty, but the Doctor was way more attractive to me.
shareShe felt like Madani 2.0 to me..
And wasn't the Doctor even more annoying?
Yes the Doctor was defo more annoying. I think Medani is beautiful and less annoying that that Karen. Can't stand her. Thank goodness she was only in one episode this season.
shareOh, but I liked Karen, for the most part...wish she'd been in more episodes.
I like the chemistry between her and Frank although it has n ever made sense on how "judgey" she is on Matt Murdock/Daredevil..Even the actress herself commented on Karen's hypocrisy.
I think a lot of it has to do with Karen loving Matt and knowing him on a personal level before she ever knew he was Daredevil. With Frank, she met him as a violent vigilante. It's how she knows him. It's the difference between supporting police/soldiers but still not wanting a loved one to go into the field because you're afraid they will get killed.
Also keep in mind that Karen has mostly supported vigilante justice. Before knowing Matt was Daredevil, she supported him and stood up for him when Foggy and others were calling him a terrorist. Additionally, she has tried to convince Frank to stop killing in the past but not necessarily stop being a vigilante.
Yes, I think you're right on that part..But I guess part of her hypocrisy for me has more to do with her acting as if Matt had betrayed her by keeping secrets and not telling complete truths (I would say understandable for the most part) when she herself was doing the same.

Didn't like her at first but she grew on me fast. I liked her mean streak. With her survival knack, I half expected them to make her Black Cat.
shareMadani is great.
All of the things you didn't like about her early on are things that were designed to be shed. In the end, she wasn't the homeland special agent she started out to be, and lost a lot of the annoying qualities, in my mind. The death of her partner and the eventual realization of who Billy really was (and that he killed her partner) put her through some heavy changes. Her uneasy alliance with Frank did the rest.
And yes, she's exotically beautiful, more so to me than Dumont
