I wanted Halley to be humbled so bad

She goes through doing whatever she wants and gets away with it for the entire movie until things come to a head. There were several moments where she should have been humbled.

-She should have been humbled when kids were spitting on that lady's car and she acted like it was no big deal.

-She should have been humbled when she was caught soliticing on that business property.

-She should have been humbled when she poured her Sprite can all over the floor of the nearby motel.

-She should have been humbled when she slapped her used maxi-pad on the window.

-She should have been humbled when she came into the Waffle House just to start shit and then again when she assaulted her former friend who was in the right the whole time.

Honestly, by the time CPS comes over to take the kids, I was glad she actually got to face the reality of being so reckless. Yes, it's tragic for her kid, but nothing else was gonna get through to her. I didn't want to see anything bad happen to these kids, I just wanted Halley to eat a big ole slice of humble pie.
