Characters that I would like to see return to the main series

We know that F9 will feature the core cast back (Dom,Letty,Mia,Roman,Tej,Ramsey,Cipher,Magdelene Shaw) and some old faces (Han,Sean,Twinkie,Earl), and both Hobbs and Deckard are sitting out will likely return for 10 but here what old characters that I would like to see return.

Leon (Johnny Strong): We never knew what happened to him, but it's obivious he layed low after the events of the first movie, but having him back for the 10th movie would be nice.

Hector (Noel Gugliemi): We saw him again in the 7th and I wouldn't mind seeing him again.

Monica Fuentes (Eva Mendes): We haven't seen her since "Fast Five" and Eva Mendes needs to come out of retirement for the final chapter.

Carter Verone (Cole Hauser): We do know that he has a score to settle with, but with Brian "retired", he has Roman to settle with.

Takashi (Brian Tee): I'd assume he's still pissed off with Sean, but with Han back, they to have him return to the series is to have working with Cipher and knowing about Han's reappearance.

Neela (Nathalie Kelley): With the "Tokyo Drift" crew back, why not have her back?

Arturo Braga (John Ortiz) My idea for the 10th is that Cipher would assemble old villains (including Verone and Takashi) and have them go after Dom and crew.

Leo and Santos (Tego Calderon and Don Omar): Don Omar was seen on set with Diesel for F9 so a cameo is likely for one or both.

Gisele Yashar (Gal Gadot): With Han back, I can see her coming back and if Owen Shaw managed to survive the fall, why wouldn't Gisele?

Owen Shaw (Luke Evans): Having him back is more than possible and have all three Shaw siblings together.

Mr. Nobody (Kurt Russell): The reason I think that he's sitting out of 9 is that it will be a more personal story for Dom, so I would not rule out an appearance in 10.

Little Nobody (Scott Eastwood): The reason he's not in 9 is the same with Mr. Nobody, but I'd like to see him back and the banter between him and Roman worked really well.
