Betty coming to see him and he's there in his cell already standing and waiting on her in his jumpsuit, i'm like did they just let this guy watch Silence Of The Lambs or something? Its irritatingly cheesy how he acts, way too over the top, we get it your evil and like to kill people.

I’ve found it funny the way he talked to Betty with his “scary” voice. 😂 It was silly that he would start to talk to her that way just because now she knows he is the Black Hood and is in jail. He did change his voice a bit and talked more normally a bit later when Betty was complaining that Alice took her money.
Yeah whats up with that cell? looks like a dungeon directly from Silence Of The Lambs.
Also yeah he comes off like he's playing a character when he's talking in his evil voice, he's like "Ok this is what a dark killer should talk like". There at the end with Betty it did feel like he finally stopped the act, although he's clearly trying to manipulate her and earn her trust back.
He is channeling it hard thats true.
