The right place for the right thing

From the looks of it, this movie is getting a low review because of brazilians that disliked the cast's protest in Cannes and just had the idea "Let's give them a low rating everywhere".
All that before the actual debut of the movie anywhere besides the festival.
This became a political discussion, and this is not the place for that. As a fellow brazilian, when I want to know about the movie, I really would like an actual critic, not more political blabbering. I guess IMDB will have to clean up this mess some time in the future, because for now the rating does not have any solid base.

So, is the movie good or not? No one knows.

I fully agree there is no place for freaking politics on IMDB.
I have seen this movie a few days ago and there is NOTHING political about it. We in France have had films depicting worse things carried out by promoters (see De Battre mon coeur s'est arrété). Denouncng the bad things people do to make money is not politics, and has absolutely nothing to do with the current controversy surrounding Dilma Rousseff's destitution.

So stop arguing politics on IMDB. Discuss the MOVIE as such (I gave it a 7, it is wounderful with a few flaws, and a major piece of work). If you want to discuss politics, go elsewhere...
