This movie sucks. It's far longer than necessary and the stupidity of the main characters will drive you mad. The entire plot seems to depend on the backstory of the two leads, which feels forced. Incredibly "dramatic" in a bad way, though.

It seemed intriguing for a thriller but the "based on true events" tag is a ploy to peak your interest... Basically, the fact the story is possible is all it has to run on. This is not even remotely based on an actual story.

Well... Just wanted to get in my two cents for anyone who has a look. Save yourself the 90 minutes.

Yeah and the bad guy was so incredibly badly written. It's like she was just this super evil for no reason, but wait, maybe she's nice afterall! So so stupid. She reminded me of a villain from a cartoon.

It was watchable but worth no more than a 5.

I thought the movie was decent. The chemistry between the two sisters was great. And yeah, we didn't need so much backstory and the villain was awful, but it was still very suspenseful and an original story.

The movie did shoot itself in the foot. They had potential to make an excellent survival flick, like Open Water or Frozen. But the drama with the sisters and the thief took that potential away.

But to say "Do not watch this movie" is a too harsh. It's a decent movie to pass the time. Not that bad.
