shareNasty. Those were tardigrades and some could be carnivorous and feed on her. I like to think when Janet has come out of the realm and helps Ghost, we find she has some new quantum powers. I think she absorbed some kind of quantum energy in the realm which kept her alive. There was time dilation, so that would help, too. At least, it makes you imagine what could happen in the quantum realm.
