Rose's fate?

Rose is shot in the stomach with a shotgun but we don't really see her die but she is rather left by the protagonist after he leaves with he cop. Has her fate been made clear? Would she live?

how would she survive? she's too weak to stop the bleeding herself

It shows her pass away. She is watching them leave, then her head goes limp and drops.
