Overrated

Critics drooling over this film act as if it was a stroke of genius to make (supposed) systemic racism the central "horror" of a horror film. The writer-director is black. Of course the movie is going to revolve around race. Airing racial issues is probably what he began with. He then shoved that issue into the horror genre around a ridiculous plot of dubious comedic value, something that surely would've caused a MSM outcry had the racial roles been reversed. Hardly inspired. Show me a great film by a black director/writer that doesn't center on race and then I'll be impressed. This is just another diversity pick by the bad-publicity avoiding Hollywood Academy.

Normally I would tend to agree with what you say about the pinheads in Hollyweird, but in this case I disagree. I think it was a really good horror movie with some keen social satire thrown in.

Just because YOU don't understand how precisely written and directed this film is, that automatically means everyone who liked it is just trying not to look racist? Just because YOU don't see how excellent the all-around casting and performances are, that automatically means everyone who liked it is trying to be diverse? Just because YOU are in the minority means the majority must all be wrong?

If you don't like the movie, just say you don't like it. Don't make it seem like all the fans are SJW blue-lipstick libtards who only liked the film because it had black people in it. I could care less who the fuck is in it. As long as the film is good (and this film most certainly was), then I'll like it, and if you don't think it's good, then that's that.
