lol probably not, yes his fingerprints are on the gun, but his TSA friend reported him missing. Also, the obvious injuries chris sustained that are visible, not to mention the man from the beginning who went missing, they have evidence that he was abducted at the house also.

His friend reported him missing to the police (I assume) and the other person from the intro scene in the film, they pulled up current and previous images from their phones so I don't see how the fire would erase all of that.
