F.W. Murnau's original version of Nosferatu was an unlicensed adaptation of Dracula with the names of the characters changed. Bram Stoker's estate sued the filmmakers and all copies of the film were ordered to be destroyed for copyright infringement. Of course, all copies of the film were not destroyed. The film still exists to this day.
All three versions of Nosferatu -- Murnau's, Herzog's and now Eggers's -- credit Bram Stoker as the original writer.
So the answer to your question is: nothing. Nosferatu is Dracula.
