shareNo. There are a couple of bites that are bloody, but it's not a particularly gory horror movie. It is a pretty dark take on the story, but not because of that.

shareYes, different character names and set in Germany, but it's Dracula. There's nothing romantic about the count in this one, though. He's pretty brutal and crude. They don't say much about his history, but I could believe he was a savage warlord who struck fear in his enemies through torture and murder.
