I highly doubt that. The violent tendencies that he displayed were in defense of his mother, the usual sick of abusive dad stuff that kids in those households (especially males) get.
The daughter was raped and lit on fire. That kind of psychopathic horrorshow doesn't come out of a garden variety blue collar/ red neck household.
