While a "gross concept, this movie isn't as disgusting as it's made up to be. After reading all the articles about ambulances and people vomiting at screenings I was SO anxious about seeing this in theaters. And honestly? I wasn't really physically affected at all.
Basically, if you're as worried as I was you'll be fine.
See, A Serbian Film did nothing for me as far as Too Much. It was good but maybe I developed a resistance. But show me a real surgery or the images on rotten.com and I lose my lunch.

Just if you want something that really make you disgusted.
The film has some gross and disturbing scenes, but it's not that bad in that sense. The most I felt was unease and the need to recoil in some of the scenes. And I don't think it was intended to be a big "shocker" film.
