Ethan and Ilsa are the brawn, Benji is the brain, and Luther is the heart and soul. I mean, we haven't heard or seen from Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Maggie Q and Paula Patton's characters since their respective appearances.

That’s a resounding yes.
III’s team had great potential, but ultimately we didn’t get a chance to see them again --two of the members, of course. The addition of Paula Patton and Jeremy Renner in Ghost Protocol might give the current team a run for its money (they're tied as my favorites), however that's another team with lost potential. But if you ask me, Ethan, Luther, Benji and Ilsa have something special going on. We’ve seen them grow together, not unlike previous team-ups, and they each complete the team with their skills and presence. Wonderful chemistry, to boot.
Hopefully they’ll all stick around for a while. But come what may, Luther & Benji are no doubt Ethan's main men.
