I loved this. Darkly atmospheric, with a plot that enthralled me and an atmosphere of impending dread. Very satisfying to being as well. Recommended!
i agree to all but the ending was very dissapointing to me
still recommendend for 'horror'' movie lovers, but in the in end it was ok-ish while it was close to great-ish

shareI loved it too. Quite original and well-written. The magic seems authentic too. I just don't understand what really happened to the kid and wonder if Solomon was involved.
shareI can't say I loved it. The script is confusing between the Kabbalah, gnosticism and whatever other inferences were being used. I thought the cinematography was great but it is definitely a slow burn. Story-wise, I liked the outcome and the acting was good but it teetered on dull at some points.
shareTook a while to get going but the 20 minutes preceding the finale were genuinely creepy. It really reminded me of The Sentinel (1977) when the minions of hell are released. I'll give it props for that.
