(SPOILERS) Should've seen the twist coming...

...in Season 3 with Robin the minute she figured out the Russian code stuff. She was obviously a cunning linguist from the start.

Lol.

That guy just cant catch a break.

Poor Steve. He's one of those guys who peaks in high school...

Steve and Dustin were two of my favourite characters. When they teamed up in season 2, it was such a perfect, hilarious mismatch along classic "buddy cop" lines, and I loved every minute of it. Not enough of it, in my opinion. So, the fact that they spend almost all of S3 together... yeah, I hear the complaints about the quality dip with season three, but my goodness, Steve and Dustin rock, I liked Robin as an addition to it, and even though the other kid's kid sister was annoying, those three were great. (Steve and Robin high! Awesome!)

I found their chemistry wonderful, and it helped season 3 with those two teaming up. I liked Robin as well, and the young girl was just alright. A little snobby and she didnt feel "organically immersed" into the group like all the other characters of the show.

I liked season 3, I enjoyed the shadow operations, the treason, the russians chasing and battling Hopper, the invasion of the body snatching alien, it was all great in my book!

The lack of organic immersion didn't help, but I also felt like she got away with that attitude too much. Smug characters who don't deserve it are just obnoxious, and she really drove me nuts. The fact that she never got called out on it bugged me, too. It almost felt like the show's creators were thinking she was somewhere between funny and cute, but really she just annoyed me.

S3 was good, but Stranger Things (for me) was best in season 1 and each subsequent season is giving me diminishing returns. I have enjoyed all three, but the first one just seemed better to me - for some reason.
