It is the number tattooed on her arm. If I recall season 1 it was mike that named her 11 because she didn ot know her own name and he saw the number on her arm.

Based on the popularity of this show, I bet a lot of future parents out there will gladly name their kids after our favorite psychokinetic girl. 🙂

Btw, it’s not like El was named by her parents.
