After watching the trailer, I can't say I'm interested..
I've enjoyed all the collaborations between Mark Wahlberg and Peter Berg thus far. But this seems generic af.

shareI don't know, it looked pretty good to me. This looks like it's going to be more of a straight up action movie compared to their previous collaborations and that's fine by me. Apparently they're already planning a sequel to this.
shareThe ending of this movie is just begging for a sequel. It was pretty corny, but I did like the ending and the action was pretty enjoyable. I hope it does well enough that the sequel gets made.
shareI think it looks worth the price of a ticket.
shareIdk Berg’s films seem like they have a glossy veneer over them which takes me out. He also shamelessly exploits the military and police creating propaganda pieces (Lone Survivor and Patriots Day). He seems like a bro director to me. It’s shame because growing up down the street from the Walbergs it’s almost expected that I like all of Mark’s films but I can’t with this director. Idk maybe someday Berg will make his Schindler’s List and I’ll have gained a new found respect for him as a director. Bit of advice, stop it with the cgi gsw’s you cheap bastard use squibs.
shareSee I liked Patriot's Day and Deepwater Horizon (hadn't seen Lone Survivor).
