It's actually quite good but yeah that opening scene is disgusting as hell. I'm actually surprised the movie didn't get an NC-17 since those women were full frontal nude.

In Hollyweird, "gross nudity" or even just "non sexy female nudity" has always been given more leniency than "sexy female nudity" but yeah I've never seen "gross nudity" pushed to such a over the top degree.
