Having a mixed cast with two males and two females.

Rather than a gimmicky all female cast is best way to go cause you can bring both men and women demographics.

It also helps that the director didnt shit on men in every interview this time.

Shitting on men in interviews isn't exactly raising expectations too high as just attracting ridicule, especially if you made an OK product with an OK female lead.

A lot of woke feminist movies are bombing and losing money which is all good news, none of them deserve to make profit.

It was never the all female cast that was the problem with 2016

reply

It was because it had Melissa McCarthy etc.

i really only watched either of the last two films for the original cast and hopes that the movie would be well made and good.

Nah, I don't think they have to pander in order to get audiences to see the film. Women don't care about people catching ghosts, I hate to tell you but that's not really an interest to that demographic. Just because a male actor is in Sex and the City does not mean guys want to watch that crap, it goes both ways. They should have written a good script around the originals and their kids.
Now everyone is going to say "They are too old! No one will go see old people catching ghosts!"
Well no one went to see the shit you guys supported the last two go arounds, so stop pretending you know where the franchise should go. Also, they should drop the new trilogy idea and just focus on making one good film to wrap things up instead of selling two future films which never happen.
