kind of ok
The first one was better due to the several funny 'paddington causes havoc due to not knowing how to do crap' scenes. They were what made the boring scenes in the first film easy to overlook.
This one didn't have those - but the overall story was a tad better because the latter half had an end-goal that the characters were trying to reach - proving paddington's innocence.
If this one had a few hilarious scenarios similar to the ones in the first film, this film would have been pretty decent - but as things stand - I'd say it's only an OK film.
