Seriously she is one selfish and awful person. She may be right but going through hospital ledgers and discussing "quickies" with her school kids. Every show has one toad in it and she is it.
shareShe isn't perfect but she is not a toad either. There's far worse then her. Going through the ledger isn't exactly right, but not that bad. And discussing the virus isn't wrong at all.

She is fvcking horrid. A trash bag. What's with her attitude and childish personality? Who thought it would be a good idea to put her in charge of children? don't know if it's because the actress is shlt or if the character is written shlt, but I can't stand her. She needs to catch the disease.

Little surprise if she gets infected her sanitary regime is woeful, in the second episode she takes a pill from the bottle and ingests it while she still has her gloves on .. derrr!!
shareThe kids are the ones who brought up the "Quickie" stuff, not her. She was horrified when they asked her that stuff.
As for her investigating the origins of the virus...no one else is doing it.
Yes-the kids did but she made a joke out of it, stating to the children that the doc was too busy having a quickie.
shareHer character is all over the place. Are we to believe that she had such sever mental problems that she lost custody of her own child but is still able to maintain a full-time teaching job?
And that scene in the hall with Jake, when he had just told her that his follow police officer had died and he had to burn his body and she responded by say "oh have you had a bad day." Man, talk about a huge red flag, if he remains attracted to her after that he deserves whatever crazy she brings in his life. That was ab unforgivable line in that situation.
where did she lose custody? What was wrong with what she said? She's not crazy.
shareI agree. She's easily my least favorite and comes off very grating, abrasive, and selfish. I wish I could attribute all her negatives to the character's mental illness; that would be more interesting and layered. But I don't believe that's the case. Part of the problem is the actress herself and partly due to the writing. The character development/writing for the majority of characters is cringeworthy at times and oversimplified and two-dimensional the rest of the time. A good premise, but terrible execution.
shareAll is she doing is wandering around those hospital corridors; talk with kids and other people and now she is giving a hard time to a cop who incinerated bodies of little's girl and his fellow cop? Accusing him of complaining that his day was bad? That was seriously irritating for me.
