shareThe show was cancelled before it aired. It will not be getting a second season.

Just curious.... how do you feel about 400 year old male vampires attending a normal high school and seducing teen-aged girls?
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Just as every cop is a criminal, And all the sinners saints As heads is tails Just call me Lucifer..
No it was not. It hasn't been renewed yet but there has not been one report of a cancelation anywhere at the point a write this. The show had 2 name changes before it aired.
No Sitcoms! No Sports! No Reality!
Yeah not even a first chance for Second Chance. We all love FOX. /SARCASM!!
shareI hope so too.
shareYes it will air on bizzarro Fridays at ??? dimension.
shareIt's a sure thing that it's been cancelled.
But let's look back - what an amazing 11 episodes it has been. Really.
You don't get movies as good as that, so at least it had one perfect season :D
This is definitely one of my favorite shows of 2016 so I'm with you on wanting a season 2.
shareIt really is my favourite 2016's show as well, but alas all good things have to come to an early END my friend, and bad things continue and go on and go on, it is so even with good and bad people as well, good people get sick for longer periods and then die much early in their lives whilst bad people live a long life and then suddenly die in their sleep without any suffering. looooool
Was it too deep for a movie site? sorry about that.
Friday and Sat shows are set for instant failure.

Grimm is in its 5th Season and Blue Bloods is in its 6th Season as it was renewed for a 7th few days ago
shareBesides Grimm and Blue Bloods, the CW has now started to put new shows on Friday Nights. The moved both the Vampire Diaries and the Originals to Friday half way through this season. They have renewed both shows. Friday not just a place to die anymore.

has everyone forgot Fringe? that was a Sci-fi on Fox that lasted 5 seasons. granted, it might not have been on Friday(I watched it on Netflix), but it was a fox show that avoided the Firefly Cancellation affect(which hit Almost Human too). both were Sci-fi shows that were cancelled by Fox in the first season. Hell Firefly didn't even last the whole season.
shareSeasons do not have to be 22 - 24 episodes long. Seasons can be 3 episodes ["Sherlock"], 6 episodes, or even 13 episodes.
"Firefly" did have 14 episodes, so it fits in with the 13 episode season.
Now there have been several series that were cancelled before ever airing (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_television_series_canceled_before_airing_an_episode).

Would be awesome if Second Chance got a second chance but FOX is pretty bad with realizing what people like. I really wish these crappy CEO's and Exec's cared more about bringing quality entertainment to people instead of ratings.
There are tons of top rated actors who still do live plays and such because they like to entertain...but these fat cat's are worried they might lose a few million bucks if they don't switch it to a new show that will fail just as fast. I say 'fail' because in their eyes, if everyone isn't glued to the idiot box when every episode is aired, to them, it's not good enough.
I loved it! I hope they get a season two!!
