I've been watching this and it's outstanding. The production design is beautiful and seemingly quite authentic. The acting is superb. I don't think I've seen anything like it before, a look inside the Weimar Republic from the German point of view. I don't recognize most of the cast, but they're very talented. The title sequence is the best I've ever seen. I love how it looks.
shareI agree. I've binge watched both seasons and they are excellent. I can't wait for Season 3. I actually like that I don't know any of the cast, except for the actor who plays the journalist. That period in time fascinates me and I'm so happy the Germans have done a series set in that time.
shareIt took me a while to start it cause I was afraid of another detective show but I gave it a try when I heard there was a political side. And I was not disappointed, at all. when I think about it now, I just can't find a single flaw at the moment.
A must see for History or political buffs and anyone else really
