...was when he was cradling the little baby and then the woman cradled him. He really just wanted affection which he probably never had in life which caused resentment as an adult. A little compassion goes a long way.

He just wanted her for her boobs.

He was messing with her and pretending so she would let her guard down.

Considering ten minutes later he had cut off her chest and was wearing it.
