Pretty sure she's his assistant. The name is very, very, very Irish. (Used to work with a Siobhan).

Makes sense he'd hire her since his character (Jack Mulligan) has Irish heritage that he plays up to the public.

I used to work with someone called Siobhan. It's a Gaelic name which pronounced Sha-vonne. I fell off my chair laughing when I heard Colin Farrells pronunciation, or should I say Coo-lin Fa-reels.
