As a Czech, I honestly haven't even noticed they were trying to speak with czech accent :D To me it was english. I was much more borthered by the czech actors bad sounding english :/
shareI think it adds to the movie. It is a constant reminder of where this is taking place. Also, to use subtitles forces us to watch the script, rather than focus on the actors and the emotion. I think it's a good device, and thought it was carried out pretty well, by all.
