Why didn't Dr. Strange transport Tony Stark to Wakanda, along with Shuri and Black Panther to heal him

There is only so much they can do and that's assuming Strange is aware of Wakanda's tech.

Or why didn't he use the time stone and reverse Tony? He was able to do it with an apple, he could've saved Tony/

Because RDJ wanted out from Marvel movies or maybe Marvel couldn't afford to pay him anymore
