My first reaction is to resist the temptation to bestow a moniker onto a group of Marvel Characters, ie Marvel trinity. When the MCU started I don't think those three were ever intended to be the lead, anchor or even stand-out characters to become a trio. RDJ was of course the most dominant personality and Chris Evans wasn't even in the group photo after Captain America The First Avenger for most as a stand-out character. Being a Captain America fan Steve rogers was always the reason the MCU was going to be successful.
With that little rant out of the way:
Captain Marvel
Black Panther
Spider-Man
Doctor Strange
I just kind of reject the notion that it has to only be a troika. The strength of this Marvel endeavor called the MCU is and will always be the Characters, "all of them". Now that the MCU has been started and the premise of a Military Industrialist, a time-jumped Super Soldier, a reformed assassin, an operative (Hawkeye), a paranoid Director of Spies (Nick Fury), an Alien God, and a gamma radiated raging Man-Beast (Banner) coming together to form a Band is all the masses needed.
Gateways have been opened that require so many different skill-sets, powers and abilities that it will always be an ensemble that will carry the load.
Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Dr. Strange and Spider-Man the bridge for the future.
