Surprised No One Is Talking About This (minor spoilers)

I'm surprised no one is really talking about all the cussing Captain America was doing throughout the movie. He said "son of a bitch" once, "ass" a few times, and "shit" once or twice. I think he might've used smaller ones like "hell" and "damn" too a couple times. Surprised everyone isn't bringing this up more when discussing the movie since he made a big deal of language/profanity/cussing in Age Of Ultron and the other Avengers were making jokes about it throughout Age Of Ultron (mainly Iron Man/Tony Stark). Plus there was all these "language" memes all over the internet back when Age Of Ultron was trending, and they still pop up once in a while. I was surprised no one even yelled "language" when I saw the movie when Captain America said "shit" for the first time. That or when he said "let's go get that son of a bitch." There was some laughter when he said the S.O.B. line, so maybe some moviegoers caught his language/profanity/cussing issue/rule thing he had or at least attempted to start in Age Of Ultron. But yeah. This is one thing I thought more people would be talking about and having fun with after seeing Endgame (still prefer calling it Avengers 4).

I did notice it and I figured it was an interesting way to see how Cap has adapted over the years since he came out of the ice. Swearing and casual language is so much more prevalent and Cap simply caught up to the times. You can notice it when he meets his counterpart from the New York battle aftermath.

A number of fans made a bit of a big fuss over the “Son of Bitch” line when that scene was released online. People were more surprised by it anything else tho.

Me, I didn’t think all this swearing was out of character for him... anymore. The Steve Rogers in Endgame evidently isn’t the same Steve Rogers from First Avenger & Age of Ultron. From losing his best friends to losing half of humanity (the universe) and feeling that he let everyone down, Rogers no longer had any reason to be overly polite. The world had changed, and so did Rogers (the events of Civil War probably impacted him a great deal, too).

Completely understandable after half the universe gets snapped away under your watch.
