They mention many time travel movies and TV shows, but they do not mention Doctor Who.

Well "Time Heist" is the title of a DW episode, but yeah the actual show isn't directly mentioned.

Well, the Avengers cast contains a Doctor Who actress (Karen Gillan) who plays Nebula, so that's that show covered.

Doctor Who, while being a time travel show, does not really explore the science of time travel. I am not saying it never does but for a time travel show there really is not much emphasis placed on "we are changing history"
