Captain america is given the responsibility to return all infinity stones to where they were taken during the first time travel usage. Wouldnt he have to make multiple time jumps on his one trip versus the there and back usage the first time around. I am assuming he returned the infinity stone taken from elder starks lab last so he could then stay with peggy. But i dont understand how he would jump from time to time instead of there and back.

I think if they have enough Pym particles they can travel to another point in time rather than going back to their original timeline. Steve and Tony do this earlier in the movie when they don't get the space stone in New York they use the last of their Pym particles to travel from 2012 back to 1970.

I just think it would be hilarious to see Steve making this trip dropping off the Infinity stones. Did he have to sneak around Asgard and give the reality stone back to Jane Foster? Did he drop by Vormir and meet the Red Skull before dropping the Soul stone on Nat's corpse?

Yup, there can definitely be a movie "Captain America - Infinity Traveller' where we watch what he all does between going back in time, dropping off all the stones in the right places, and then settling down. Putting the stones back where they belong is a lot harder than they make it seem in Endgame, and shouldn't be shrugged off.

When Steve and Tony travelled to 1970 , Steve stole 4 vials of Pym particles from Hank Pym Lab , what i don't understand is how he returned the reality stone (aether) in Asgard and the Soul Stone in Vormir without meeting Red Skull?

Yeah did he have to inject it back into Jane Foster? Must have been a bit weird seeing as she obviously would know who Captain America was in 2013. Must have been weird seeing the Red Skull as well but he probably just laughed it off and went to go lose his virginity to Peggy.
