Hulk would ban Banner completely like he did in Thor 3 and he´d enjoy his new discovered sexual preferences in the gay community.

In the comics, Thanos has said on several occasions that The Hulk is the only being in the (Marvel) universe he doesn't willingly pick a fight with. Toe to toe, you just can't beat Hulk. He just gets stronger and angrier.
