Two hour movie padded by 4 hours of commercials

Seriously, I timed it a few times. 5 minutes of show, 10 minutes of commercials. 5 minutes of show, 10 minutes of commercials...

Unfortunately that's the dark side of free enterprise - ADVERTS!!!
Luckily they will disappear as soon as the world will turn back to fascism, just wait. No need for adverts when there's only one brand for everything.

I don't watch movies on cable channels any more. I watched a movie on USA and it was literally 7 minutes of movie, 7 minutes of commercials. Very frustrating to watch. Gave up after an hour.

I live in the UK and it's done much better. Commercials are longer, but with less breaks. You get at least 15 minutes of movie run time before maybe a 10 minute commercial on SyFy channel. Shows like "Family Guy" or "The Simpsons" only have one commercial break right at the halfway point. "Law and Order" would have a break at 15 minute intervals. So much better.

So glad I quit watching television 25 years ago. One of the single best things I ever decided to do.

I watch all series like this on dvd or netflix. I can watch at my pace and am never bothered by commercials.
