Im a Liotta fan and he does not disappoint. In fact from this show Im an even bigger fan and I already thought he was great. He is really turning this part out. Im not going to lie JLO is good and bad at the same time, but most scenes she is good. Plus despite being the lead along with Liotta but she doesn't overwhelm, its very much an ensemble show. With an awesome supporting cast. At the very least Liotta's performance is worth checking out.

I took it more of him playing a Desperate Person. He's still grieving for his lost daughter, apparently. He's already a flawed person, what with the "Team's" MO. He is also a senior member of the squad, so can't show any kind of weakness or vulnerability like taking time to properly grieve, let alone get professional help. It's much more satisfying, for me anyway, to watch a show like this from an omniscient POV, rather than put myself inside the story, if you see what I mean, so I don't catch any shrapnel, so to speak. More like reading a book, than like watching a movie, where it's more fun to BE in that world, rather than just observing it.

No truly straight man would make out with another straight man and then call it ... ACTING. He's a queer, plain and simple. I have no respect for him. In addition to being a homo he is playing second fiddle to the horrendous Jennifer Lopez in a second rate television series. He definitely is a desperate person, but not on the show, more like in real life. He has lowered himself to playing a fag and taking second billing, on a lousy television show, to Chubby "I am Overrated" Lopez. Loser.
