I agree, it's a very odd scene & I didn't really understand it either.
I think it's one of the surreal touches the film has.
It looks all VERY realistic, but the people behave in nearly surreal ways sometimes.
That's what makes the film so unique.
I think it was supposed to cause tension because they were in front of a big window for much of that, and, after the previous scenes, we couldn't help but wonder when her dad was going to pop up. I kept worrying he was going to come out. In fact, after seeing him hide in her closet, I wonder if he was supposed to be hiding in there during this whole scene. I felt like eating that was to show that she's into this stuff which is kind of kinky and what if her dad were watching?
I didn't find this movie funny, though, so maybe that's why I felt that way.
The guy clearly mentioned that 'his sperm has superpowers'.
shareDon't know if this holds up, but when she went to pop her Dad's overly-used teeth in her own mouth at the end, I initially felt repulsed like yuck, but then I recalled this hotel scene, and thought, well, she's obviously not that concerned about what she puts in her mouth -- and that maybe that scene was to help this later scene be believable? I know, quite a stretch, but . . . .
shareI think that scene is totally logical. She's already been established as a character who is very guarded and not really into being touched, whether emotionally for physically.
It's all about power. Until this point we mostly see Ines as passive and subordinated to the patriarchal corporate structure. In this private scene, she uses her sexuality to exert power over one of her male colleagues, using mind games not dissimilar to her father's.

She LOVES to show herself as a tough, take charge woman who can take control as well as any man (especially a young, cocky "Romanian lover" with a big ego).
