Anyone else can't get into liking dirk?

I've been trying to like the character or actor playing him but he seems so out of sorts. Not funny, charismatic and just boring. The assassin girl is also terribly cast, rather the black guy be the assassin. I think fake voice is annoying as hell.

Every time I hear him talk, all I can think is that I'm watching Drop Dead Fred. Dunno if it's just me.
