Gloves, gloves, gloves!


He doesn't wear latex gloves throughout the movie. That's a big no when you're cleaning and showering people.

I think John's son was jealous of and threatened by the relationship David had with his father. That's why he made up the bogus sexual harassment claim. Pretty selfish move on his part because David was helping his dad like a boss.

There should be viable right to die treatment for people seeking to end their lives peacefully in order to prevent pain. People shouldn't have to sneak around and gather drug cocktails and wait in wonder if their
pain will ever stop. David putting Martha down was an act of kindness. It should not be a crime. Death is part of life. People and governments need to except that.

And screw that ending by the way...

I'm sure the lack of gloves was deliberate, symbolic of the fact that he didn't put any barriers between himself and his patients, contrasted with the scene in the gym where he pointedly insists on being given a plastic-wrapped towel by the attendant.
