The porno actress is trying to get Holly to watch her movie, and Holly isn't interested.
When her dad arrives at the party, Holly says to him "Dad, there are whores here 'n' stuff." To which her Dad replies "Don't say 'n' stuff. Just say, Dad, there are whores here." Which is the second most popular line in the movie.
Later, a porn actress talks about people "doing anal 'n' stuff," and Holly corrects her grammar; she says "Don't say ''n' stuff.' Just say they're doing anal." It's not even clear that she knows what it is. The joke is that (like her Dad) she's more bothered by the grammar.
