Does anyone care?
Seriously? Does anyone really expect this to turn out good let alone watchable?

Seems so

I mean, the new trailer has 24 million views on YouTube. Obviously this doesn’t guarantee that audiences will be flocking to a Sonic movie at the end of the day (the reviews could maybe make or break it), albeit right now it does appear that there’s some interest in this movie. It could maybe still be a subpar movie, but frankly my curiosity was piqued by the last trailer.
And surprise! Looks like many did, in fact, care about this movie despite what the naysayers thought.
This movie was more than watchable - it was a good time.
You used the expression in a wrong manner.
You should have said "Does anyone really expect this to turn out watchable let alone good?"
The "let alone" is supposed to be the unreachable case.
The first case you mention should be the more accessible, the more possible case.
"Let alone is used after a statement, usually a negative one, to indicate that the statement is even more true of the person, thing, or situation that you are going to mention next."
I would've cared more back around 1991-1996
