SW fans just BEAT Disney, Kennedy and Johnson....
SOLO is not a FLOP.....Its an ALL TIME FLOP....
the box office results are Unprecedented awful....
Franchises dont have declines Like this....It takes 2 or 3 awful films in a row to lose audiences like this....
You dont go from making averaging 1.4 Billion a film and 3 straight 1 Billion dollars films to struggling to make 400
MOnday morning, Disney has to have a "Come To Jesus" meeting...
They have to except, The Fans just CRIPPLED us.....Disney like everyone else I;m sure has been thinking, "Hey who cares if the hardcore SW fans are unhappy, These films are great and the majority love them, They are making Billions"
Today that changes, SW fans just took back their franchise......Disney Now has to completely change their path....They understand box office better than anyone, They know what these result means, These results are too Drastic, Too Impossible....
This is unprecedented....for this to happen, The level of Anger,frustration and Hatred for Kennedy,Johnson and the direction of these films is almost not calculable....
this was a complete Boycott by The very fanbase that loves these films and franchise....Disney just found out the hard way how much SW fans mean...
If your Disney..You simply have to go into damage control now...You have to realize the SW franchise can not go forward after this.....YOU have to now makes changes directly designed to get audiences back and get SW fans excited again ...You have to give them HOPE....You have to give them what they want now....
and thats without question Kenndy and Johnson GONE immediately....
Rian Johnsons Star Wars trilogy is a lost cause now.....Rian Johnson coming back to write and direct another SW film is Worse than WB bringing Snyder back for JL...
its clear now The Last Jedi was truly Hated by SW fans, and hated is an understatement, with box office declines like Solo is having, its clear SW fans were INSULTED by The Last Jedi
Disney needs to release a statement within 2 weeks saying Rian Johnson and Disney are going separate ways after creative differences...or if they want to let me go with respect, say "He made the decision to leave because Hes just too tired, Making 1 SW film was so much work, He just cant do it again"
then theres Kennedy....The Hate for her is TOXIC....she has to be demoted or fired...
you cant go forward with her at the lead....she has an agenda, SW fans wont except her going forward....anything wrong with future SW films will be blamed on her and Will anger SW fans...

these are decisions that Literally 72 hours werent even a possibilities.....fast forward to now after a weekend of SW fans pulling off one of the most astonishing boycotts in history....these are now decisions that need to be made tomorrow!

Right on! Great post. I tweeted Bob Eiger today to make sure he understands this was a planned boycott and why, so he won't be able to play dumb about how this happened.
shareI don't know about that boycott, I'm not a Star Wars fan as such, but even I do recognise that the Star Wars franchise has many hard core fans. I believe they misjudge who their fans are. I believe that Star Wars core fans see the movies many times. The reason why TLJ fell so fast after the big opening is at least partially that they didn't do repeat viewings. The difference between SW and other franchises is that SW has so many harcore fans. I also believe that it's a mistake to make too many SW movies too fast, especially if it's movies which tells no real new story of consequence. It Ruins the feeling of an event for each release.
share"Boycott" suggests it is something I want to see, but am forcing myself not to. Not the case at all. I'll see it, when its on Netflix.
Don't forget JJ Abrams called fans who didn't like The Last Jedi "sexist." SJW trolls have infiltrated Star Wars at it's highest level.

I understand your effort. I even support it. But not enough to participate.
Let me help you by saying that you ain't missing much. C+ movie. Totally worth waiting for it to be free. But there are three or four cool parts that a SW fan should see. Pretty boring though.
