This show's turning into a Poor Man's Walking Dead

I really liked the way this show started out but here lately it's like they are borrowing the same plot/stories from The Walking Dead. Morgan shows up and they start helping people, building a community. They help a religious person that in turn helps them and becomes part of the team. A gang of baddies are killed off, now there seems to be a type of "Saviors". Except this time they ride horses. Etc....

Am I just thinking too hard about these connections?

I stopped watching the Walking Dead two years ago. It was good for the first five seasons but the Negan trash, CGI tiger and that guy who spoke like a king, AWFUL!!!

Yeah, Ezekiel and Eugene has the most annoying ways of speaking. They try too hard to sound eloquent or smart

Eugene is one of the best charcters.

The past two seasons have been a waste, traveling around doing nothing. No plot, no excitement. With this new group, it really is turning into Season 6-7-8 of The Walking Dead.
