Which did you like better?
Despite this one getting bad reviews, I enjoyed it more than the 2014 one. The writing was terrible, but at least you got more action which was missing from the first one.
I found myself liking the 2014 better. Oddly while the human characters are less interesting save Bryan Cranston and Ken Watanabe, I think it was better directed and more suspenseful.

shareI definitely liked this more than the 2014 film. That one, I barely could sit through. This one, I almost liked. I remember nothing of the people in either film, which is much the way I remember the old Godzilla films of the '60s and '70s. Of course, I was a kid then so I have a fondness for the movies that I am unlikely to feel for anything like the new ones.
